Janice Maxine Fulmer Parsons

Janice Maxine Fulmer Parsons, of Spring House Estates, died on Thursday March 10, 2011 at the age of 82. She was born in Loudonville, OH daughter of the late Dale L. and Ruth E. Fulmer. She was the wife of Robert C. Parsons.

She graduated from Big Prairie High School, Big Prairie, OH and attended Ashland College, Ashland, OH. She was employed by Wm. Annat Co., Wooster, OH in the Personnel Dept and was also a Homemaker.

She was a volunteer for 21 years at Akron General Medical Center, Akron, OH where she was also a member of the Akron General Medical Center Service League. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Upper Dublin Lutheran Church, Ambler, PA.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert C. Parsons. Also surviving are her children Richard D. Parsons (Victoria), Parker, CO, and Deborah L. Israel (John), Blue Bell, PA, sisters Sue Weidner, Scottsdale, AZ and was pre-deceased by her sister Marilyn Wheaton, Wooster, OH. Also surviving are her grandchildren Carrie C. Parsons-Ackerman (Matt), Erin Parsons, Lauren P. Israel-Hanna (Wes) and Allison K. Israel and one great grand child Mason Ackerman.

A memorial service was held at Upper Dublin Lutheran Church, 411 Susquehanna Rd, Ambler PA 19002, officiated by Pastor Al Douglass and Rick Shaw, Chaplain, Springhouse Estates, was held on Monday, March 14, 2011. Internment will be private.

Memorials in her name may be sent to The Samaritan Fund At Springhouse Estates, 728 Norristown Rd, Lower Gwynedd, PA 19002 and/or to the Building To Serve Capital Campaign at above church.
