Shaeff-Myers Funeral Home offers many different funeral services to meet an individual’s or family’s needs.  We have planned funerals for numerous background, customs, and religions.  Some of the services we offer are listed below: 

Traditional Burial:  the burying of the deceased in a casket at a cemetery, after having a viewing/visitation and/or a religious/secular service. 

Direct Burial:  the burying of the deceased in a casket with no viewing/visitation, only meeting at the graveside with a minimal service there. 

Direct Cremation:  the process of treating the deceased under extreme heat and evaporation.  Afterwards, the cremated remains would be returned to the family, buried or scattered, according to individual wishes. 

Cremation with a Memorial Service:  the cremation process is the same as listed above, but then a scheduled memorial service will be held at the funeral home or another appropriate place. 

Cremation with a Viewing/Visitation:  the deceased would be embalmed and prepared for viewing, have the service of choice, and then be cremated.  Afterwards, the cremated remains would be returned to the family, buried or scattered, according to individual wishes.
